Description: David Icke on UK TV 'Channel 5' 26 Dec 2006

Love him or hate him – he really is a fascinating person. This documentary is a good way to see the sensitive side of Icke - his vulnerability is at times astonishing.

Nice to see that he is such a loving parent, too. I was particularly impressed with the way he interacts with his ex-wife. They seem to behave like good friends or even business acquaintances – clearly displaying signs of genuine affection based on friendship.

I'm quite sympathetic with that sort of way of handling past relationships.

Of course it's hard to agree with everything David Icke says all the time. I guess there will always be differences of opinion between people. However, he does seem to vocalise some sort of belief system or undercurrent prevalent in our society. Well, he's got to since he has such a faithful following – tons of people take what he says as true gospel.

From an ostracised “crazed madman” to a national icon. A fascinating story, indeed.

I have blogged about another similar documentary: David Icke - The Lizards and the Jews
